What is the colour of the wind?

I think that the wind brings change, and with change comes colour.

The wind blows away the cobwebs, shifting moods and its surrounds, sometimes a whisper and other times a roar.

I find that the smokey, stormy winds are for the angry days. The wind howls through the streets, creating a rainbow from the rubbish that gets tossed in to the sky.

These winds are capable of lifting roofs, spreading fires and leaving us clinging to lampposts. The wind blows your hair across your face and your skirt up round your waist.

In the disheveled aftermath of these days rubbish, tree branches and newspapers are strewn across city like repercussions of an argument.

Then there is the other extreme, gentle blue summer breeze’s, these for me are happy days that take the edge off the intense summer heat and my agitation.

These winds ruffle the leaves and brush across your face like a tender touch. They put a spring in your step and release a rainbow of colour that is carried away on the breeze.
