Moving House

I find moving quite stressful, there are still boxes everywhere, I like order and to be surrounded by disarray is a little unsettling.

I don’t think the housewarming / birthday party the night before we moved in was the best idea, firstly the mess and secondly the slight hang over whilst packing!

Moving house starts a new chapter in my life, and this is my first flat to call my own, I can do what I like, paint the walls purple, make holes in the walls, I just cant wait to get started, it’s like having a blank canvas to work on.

I did shed a tear when I was cleaning the empty shell that was our home for two years, we had a lot of fun there it seems strange to feel emotional about a building but I suppose its not the building itself but the memories it contains.

Now its time to start creating happy memories in our new home.
