- Try not to start the day, being rudely awaken by an alarm
- Don’t try and please everyone
- Listen to your favorite music
- Exercise
- Start doing something you have always wanted to do
- Eat some yummy food
- Have a glass of your favorite tipple
- Actually take the time to look around and take in your surroundings
- Spend time with friends and family
- Look for the positive things that happen throughout the day
