10 ways to make everyday a good day


  1. Try not to start the day, being rudely awaken by an alarm
  2. Don’t try and please everyone
  3. Listen to your favorite music
  4. Exercise
  5. Start doing something you have always wanted to do
  6. Eat some yummy food
  7. Have a glass of your favorite tipple
  8. Actually take the time to look around and take in your surroundings
  9. Spend time with friends and family
  10. Look for the positive things that happen throughout the day
